Efendi Lod Simanjuntak is a Jakarta-based law practitioner focusing on litigation, bankruptcy and tax disputes. He has been practicing in all types of courts in Indonesia. He is a founder of the EFENDI LOD SIMANJUNTAK & PARTNERS Law Office, Jakarta Indonesia. He has been the legal counsel of some high profile cases in Indonesia and representing major companies as both local foreign companies. He obtains his Master of Law from University of Indonesia (UI) Jakarta. He is now Doctor of Law in International Criminal Law at University of Diponegoro (UNDIP), Semarang. Some professional education in insurance, custom & tax law and some applied legal trainings on contitutional law, corporate law, money laundering and cross-jurisdictional law enforcement had been taken considerably to enhance his legal competency. His expertise mostly on corporate litigation especially in criminal and civil litigation, bankruptcy, tax law and money laundering. He is a registered lawyer of Indonesia Bar Association (PERADI), Member of Education Board of PERADI, Deputy Chairman of Education at Indonesian Dvocate Association (AAI), Member of Education Committee of AAI, Deputy Chairman of North Jakarta's AAI and HKPI.
